Vladimir Nikolayev was appointed as Director of the RS Murmansk Branch.

Vladimir Nikolayev joined RS in 1994 and promoted since then from a surveyor to the Deputy Director of the RS Murmansk Branch. In 2010 he was appointed as Director of the RS Murmansk Branch.

RS Murmansk Branch was established in 1937.

Region of activity: Murmansk Oblast, Republic of Karelia (north of 62 parallel), Krasnoyarsk Territory (north of 60 parallel), Khatanga Bay and port of Khatanga, the islands of Spitsbergen, Franz Josef Land, Severnaya Zemlya.
