	20 March 2012 15th IACS Statutory Panel meeting took place at the RS Head office in Saint-Petersburg on 13-15 march 2012. This was the third of six meetings scheduled for the three-year cycle of the RS chairmanship. The Statutory Panel is one of the most important IACS working bodies and covers practically all aspects of application, interpretation and improvement of international maritime regulatory system, i.e. the IMO and ILO conventions. The decisions taken during the meeting will enhance the efficiency of interaction with IMO and maritime industry. The IACS Statutory Panel next meeting is scheduled for 4-6 September 2012.
